Aged Care Services

We partner with approved Home Care Providers to provide physiotherapy services for their clients. Our team are especially experienced in aged care. We take great pride in assisting our elderly clients reach their maximum potential, remaining pain free and to live in their own homes for as long as possible.

We help home care clients with the provision of appropriate assistive equipment such walking aids, lift chairs, recliners, wheelchairs. We manage the assessment, quotes, trial and supply of equipment.

We work with clients to provide evidence based exercises focused on increasing your strength and balance to reduce the likelihood of falls and reducing pain. Falls can happen to anyone but unfortunately as we age, falls can become more common. Falls are currently the leading cause of injury-related hospitalisations amongst people aged 65 and over. Your ReEnergize Physiotherapist will conduct an assessment and implement a falls prevention program including a home based strengthening and balance exercise program.
