Am I eligible for NDIS? How can I use my NDIS plan to cover the fees of your service?

You will have to ensure that your NDIS plan has relevant goals in relation to physiotherapy. In case your current NDIS plan is not covered or does not have adequate resources allocated for the service you want/need, we could assist you to discuss with NDIS or your Support Coordinator to review your current NDIS plan.

Do I need a referral?

NDIS participants – no referral required

Veteran Affairs and Medicare Chronic Care Plan – Yes, a referral is required from your GP

Can I purchase equipment through you?

Yes, ReEnergize Physiotherapy can order and fit a huge range of equipment for you, anything from walking aids to heat packs, ankles braces, back supports and more!

What happens during the consultation?

For NDIS participants, we will conduct comprehensive functional capacity assessments designed to achieve your NDIS funding goals. We will work with you and your plan to establish a routine physiotherapy schedule to achieve those goals.

For private, DVA, aged care clients, we will conduct comprehensive functional assessments designed to achieve your goals. Treatment will vary based on your condition and then treatment provided appropriately. This may include manual therapy, massage therapy, exercise therapy and education.
